"15 years of being insured with Kim Nybo and not one claim on home or auto. I had my foundation collapse smashing water heater and furnace. Claimed denied on all: 3/4 days go by without calls being returned, RUDE treatment when they were returned. I have a autoimmune disorder and need at least running water and could not afford a different place to stay- called begging for help with hotel and asked a couple of times for Kim to call me and nothing. Worst treatment I have ever received from any company and was treated like less than person"

I know that several people in my office talked with you and the claims office was talking with you daily so I am sorry if you felt you were mistreated as that was not our intention. "Rana, exceeded my expectations in customer service. She also saved me $1500/yr on my home owner policy and the biggest saving was on the car which is $2000/yr. "It's not open at 7am ... It's mon-fein8:30am -5pm"
